The Stanley STA010499 Retractable Knife accepts most Stanley blades, including:

- 1996 (11-802, 11-983).
The knife has 4 blade positions (including closed), for a wider usage for a variety of different cutting applications. It has a handy slot for cutting string and in-built blade storage.
The knife allows easy and tool free blade change, and is supplied complete with 3 standard blades.
